About the show

The falsettos are high… and the heels even higher! Members of the VMC don their finest frocks in this unique LIVE singing drag extravaganza. With each performance prepared by the queens themselves, gird your loins for an evening of bombastic show tunes, heartfelt ballads, high energy pop anthems, and everything in between!

Back by popular demand, we will again showcase these drag talents at New West’s Anvil Centre, as well as make our debut at The Cultch in East Van.

Returning Queens

Returning to the SCBAD stage will be some of your all-time favourite performers, including the mistress of comedy, Elaine da Nundah; the dancing sensation, Wan Ting Moi; the Broadway beltress Francesca Hunty Parks; country crooner Bettey Cocker; camp divas Ida Downe and Jasmine Bubble Tea; pop princess Aya Keane. And that’s just to name a few! Hosted by the delightful Hedda Nipplegate and her larger-than-life wig Bertha, your evening is sure to be full of charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent! Hunty!
