The Big Gay Sing

Roundhouse Community Arts & Recreation Centre
The Vancouver Men’s Chorus marches back into Pride with the second edition of The Big Gay Sing! On the heels of last year’s sell out event , this interactive audience sing-a-long is the perfect way to celebrate pride. It’s karaoke with glitter!
The hosts for this fabulous evening of entertainment will be none other than the unstoppable Conni Smudge along with our very own VMC member and actor extraordinaire; Jamie Foster. This dynamic duo will get the show rolling as they lead the audience in song as well as entertaining all with their hilarious antics on stage. Don’t worry about your singing ability or learning any words as they will be projected high above you; while a bouncing ball guides you to sing the words you need to. There will be singing and schmacting galore by various VMC members, artistically lead by our very own Willi Zwozdesky and accompanied by our own Liberace – Dr. Stephen Smith.
Keep the Pride celebration going after watching the parade by joining us at the Roundhouse on Sunday, July 31st.
Win a prize by coming dressed in your most outrageous outfit; cash bar will be available!
Tickets are $20 and are available at Little Sister’s Book & Art Emporium (1238 Davie St.), Rhizome Cafe (317 E. Broadway), Banshee Clothing (1566 Commercial Drive).
